I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples,
and families navigate life’s challenges with support, insight, and practical tools. I work with kids,
teens, and adults navigating strong emotions, anxiety, depression, or patterns of thinking or behavior
that seem to be getting in the way of the life they want to build. My approach is flexible and practical,
integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with other modalities to identify tools and strategies
that fit each person’s needs. Relationships are one of my favorite areas of focus, especially helping
couples communicate in ways that lead to more clarity, compassion, and connection. If you are
looking for someone who can integrate a faith-forward atmosphere into therapy, I can make room for
that as well.

With a Master’s Degree in Social Work and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am deeply committed to guiding individuals, couples and families aged 12 and older through their healing journey. My expertise encompasses Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy, and Animal Assisted Therapy with a particular focus on ADHD. The impact of trauma on the attachment and nervous system through the lifespan is an area of interest to me. Thus, my work focuses on a distinctive, integrated therapeutic approach that combines expressive therapies with an attachment focused perspective. This comprehensive method is designed to aid clients in developing an awareness of trauma responses within their own body, applying tools to process the emotion. Improving quality of life is the essential goal of therapy in treating anxiety, depression among many other mental health needs. In this therapy, all people from all walks of life are welcome. In addition to nervous system focuses, and improvement in executive functioning, this integrative therapy includes aspects of cognitive behavioral theory, CBT an evidence-based approach. Regardless of the theoretical approach, the most fundamental element in healing is emotional safety, an area where both animal assisted therapy and art therapy excel. The best way to determine if this therapy is right for you is to simply book a session to meet me and the dogs to be sure if we connect to improve your quality of life. Please do not hesitate to contact me at cyndi@logoscounseling.com if you have further questions or need clarification of my services.

Bryan McLain
After spending 30 years in education—as a 5th grade teacher and later as an elementary and middle school principal—I discovered that one of the most meaningful parts of my work was helping young people navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and believe in themselves. Although counseling is my second career, becoming a counselor has been a lifelong goal. After retiring from education, I returned to school to earn my Master’s degree in Counseling and pursue that calling in a new way.
I particularly enjoy working with teens and adolescents and helping them navigate grief and loss, anxiety, anger, depression, difficult life experiences, and self-esteem challenges. I also enjoy working with men and women as they navigate the many challenges and transitions life can bring. I believe one of the most powerful things we can give another person is the experience of being truly heard and valued. When you listen to kids, they will listen to you.
My goal is to create a safe, accepting, and collaborative environment where clients can recognize their inherent worth, develop healthier ways of thinking and coping, and gain the confidence to move forward. As a Person-Centered Counselor, I incorporate CBT and DBT strategies based on each client's individual needs. My Christian faith is an important part of my life and informs the compassion, hope, and respect I bring to my counseling relationships.
It would be an honor to work with you and walk alongside you through whatever you may be facing.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that meaningful counseling begins with trust, understanding, and meeting people where they are. My own life experiences have shaped the way I approach counseling and the importance I place on creating a safe, judgment-free environment for every client.
I am a military veteran with two overseas tours of duty and a retired law enforcement officer. I’m also a husband, father, and brother, experiences that have given me a deep appreciation for the challenges that can come with service, family, relationships, and simply navigating life.
I work with adolescents ages 15 and older and adults, with a particular focus on military members, veterans, first responders, and their families. I also work with teens experiencing mental health challenges and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe counseling should be collaborative—not about telling you how to live your life, but about helping you better understand yourself, identify what may be holding you back, develop effective tools, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
Whether you’re a first responder carrying the weight of the job, a military family navigating the challenges of service, a teenager trying to make sense of a complicated world, or an adult simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I’m here to listen, without judgment, and help you take the next step forward.
